What does it mean when a guy...?

tells you you'll make a great wife and mother? I've had multiple guys tell me this (all just friends, nothing romantic in the relationship or anything). One even wrote it when he signed my senior yearbook.

I let it lie for a long time but I was just thinking about it and I thought I'd ask you all what you thought. I was just wondering what would prompt a guy to say that out of the blue.

    I think it just means that you're a caring and nurturing person. There's a guy on my floor that we always joke that he'll make a great father.

    maybe they are saying that you are a great person and they know that you can make someone very happy
