Is he out of touch with reality because of his heightened celebrity?
Is he ungrateful? Where else would he have earned 16 mill for Soccer and supported his wife's lifestyle

If someone was stupid enough to offer me £16m at the end of my career I would take it too!!! Same as an opportunity to transfer to AC Milan is one not to miss too!!

He is probably tired of the lack of excitement there is for soccer in teh US. You are right...its really more for kids here. Over seas though soccer is bigger then Jesus for some ppl! lol!

he is vastly overrated and overpaid. each time he plays or trains for football, they should pay him £12.50 or $20 per hour
