Can anyone show me something, ANYTHING, that says economists agree with this stimulus?

Ok, I'll ask it for zaza.

What is wrong with this question?

Update:

Sorry to hurt ya'lls feeling about us being bots, We are not.

I simply saw the question, went to answer it and it was deleted and thought it was a valid question.

I guess some people don't like "mean" questions about their messiah's pork bill.

Many economists fear that by the time a stimulus comes online, the economy already will be recovering and all the stimulus will do is induce inflation.

The only economists who would agree with this "stimulus" are those who don't truly understand how the economy works, or those who do understand, and have a different agenda than they say they have.

Actually LOTS of economists wanted a stimulus plan. They disagree on various parts of the current plan AND most wanted to see a much larger package.

Uhh eveyone that answers.. there is a huge difference in economists agreeing that we need a stimulus and agreeing with THIS stimulus.

Mark Zandi, the advisor that Congress brought in to advise them in committees and on conference calls, says that this stimulus wont create half what Obama is claiming. He even says that there may be need for ANOTHER.

Looks like the democrats called him in.. but then ignored him when they put in their earmarks.

ok apparently your first 2 answerer's have no clue even though a nobel prize winner in economics stated we need a stimulus did not agree to this spending bill called a stimulus.

there is not one economist who has actually read and understood this bill that agrees it will stimulate anything it is and always has been nothing more than a spending liberal agenda bill.

Just off the top of my head, Paul Krugman, the recent Nobel Prize winner in Economics, agreed with the need for a stimulus.

trlc27 is correct. Not one economist has agreed with "this" stimulus plan.

Many agree that some sort of stimulus is needed but none, so far, have had anything positive to say about this faux stimulus plan..

Neither Gates nor Buffet are economists..
