Should He be Band from Playing ?
A Rod was telling the whole world how stupid he was for using Drugs. Should he along with everyone else {Berry Bonds} be band from playing any major league Baseball?

Absolutely.
If Pete Rose can be banned for gambling (and that had no effect on how he played the game) then I absolutely think that all of these juiced-up jocks need to have the same treatment. Ban them from the sport and take away their records/any chance of getting into the Hall of Fame.

Good question
Who plays what instrument in the Barry Bonds and the Steroid Boys Big Band ?
Seriously speaking MLB needs to clean house in a big way like right now or risk losing their long time fan base forever >people like me who have been going to MLB games for almost 50 years
The old adage is wrong a few bad apples can and do spoil the whole bunch and unless the guys that are dirty are completely removed from the game then the clean guys will always be suspect.

First off, learn to spell. You should be banned from posting until you do. Second, no. It's not the drug policy to ban people for a lifetime after one failed test, especially not for a failed test before it was illegal to take them and the test was anonymous anyhow.
The past is the past, get over it and move on. What we have in place now will punish those that break the rules from here on out.

"Banned"? No, here is my perspective on this:
What gets me is how there were 103 other players and A-Rod is the one answering all the questions. In a test that was supposed to be anonymous with no consequences, I would be pissed if this happened to me. In no way does this excuse his conduct, but I think it needs to be addressed and would not be surprised if we hear of lawsuit in the future.
Perspective: If there was an anonymous survey going around asking about illegal drug use to see what measures law enforcement needed to take in certain areas, and thousands of people admitted to using, I think there would be outrage if they then went around and started arresting these people for admitting to it.....
Once again, he is definitely not innocent, but if this were a court of law, this evidence would be thrown out.
Edit: BTW, I am not, by far, a yankees fans, I can't stand them........

You make no sense, this whole thing about arod taking steroids was supposed to be kept a secret so here's my question to you: why should arod be banned from playing and the other 103 should not it's just not fair

I read your question twice and I'm still not sure what you're asking. Should they start up a band together? I know Bonds has no talent, I don't know about Arod. Why would you think they should be in a band?

he should be banned, along w/ all the other 103 players that tested positive for steroids. also, anyone mentioned in the mitchell report.

Yes!
He and his cousin knew what they were doing that's why they said nothing to the doctors. If they didn't know it was even working why did he keep taking it? That proves they knew it was working.
