how can i lose some flab before july without going to the gym or buying anything?
ok well im not fat..but i just dont really like my body and so yeah i need some ways to lose some flab. diets dont really work for me. but i kinda have a high metabolism so i eat a LOT of fat foods but i dont get fat tho...but still im still kind of..not skinny so yeah i want 2 look great for when i go to watercountry w/ a bikini on so..yeah any tips??

Diet is for the dead.What you need is a lifestyle change and the way you eat I suggest a good eating plan and journal of everything you eat and working out 3-6 times a week to see life long resaults and lay of my cheetos..
