A number of reasons:
There is no service and parts backup for them anymore.
They never truly made a profit (BA ones did technically for a short time, but that is as good as it got) and were very expensive to operate. Economics got far worse after the crash several years ago and their time was over even after modifications allowed them back in service, briefly. Some aircraft were not modified, so were grounded permanently after the Paris crash.
Limited market and largely unusable in many parts of the world, mainly due to eco-politics, especially in the US, at the instigation of Boeing and others, who had failed to produce a supersonic aircraft.
The design was essentially from the early 1960's, and this was old tech combined with the aircraft getting too old. A brilliant technologocal innovation for the time, but politics condemned the Concorde to only fly with two airlines (plus charters for Braniff and a couple of others). It was always more of an icon and cultural pride thing rather than an economic success. It was more successful than the Tu-144 Russian version, though the Tu-144 flew both before and after the Concorde, despite being less successful overall.
To me, it is a tragedy that they are gone, but it was sadly inevitable after Paris.
EDIT:
Sorry Maggie, none of the Concordes still in existence are able to fly, and it would be too costly to bring them up to flying spec. There is also the parts and service issue which will stop them from flying. Sir Richard Branson tried to obtain some after the grounding a few years back, and was unable to secure ownership or licencing to fly any of them.

The Concorde is no longer in flight do to high operational coasts and only 2 routes to New York from Paris or London. Also low passenger turn out. Crash in 2000 didn't help. Now most of the 13 remaining Concorde's are at museums around the world or are keep at hangers. There are 3 Concorde's in the United States, at Seattle, Washington, the Smithsonian in Washington D.C. and New York cities floating The USS Intrepid museum. Supersonic flight was regulated to over the ocean only and environmental problems plagued the plane.

Is this our weekly "why are the Concorde not flying anymore" question...? We had it twice last week - I bet it was because of the holidays - Now, do not forget to ask the other favorite questions too - Why don't airlines give parachutes to passengers...? Why did kamikase wear helmets...? What do I do during a ("X") hours flight...? Can I visit the cockpit because I am only 13 years old...? Can I learn to be a Delta A380 captain with a FSX simulator...? And... my VW gearbox 3rd gear does not work (thinking pilots know the answer) - .

A couple years ago A Concorde crashed, heart breaking! It was a big crash and they stop flying them because they weren't save anymore. The plane had SOME issues but other than that I think that they shouldn't have shut them down. Today you can see the planes, they still can fly and maybe in the future they will be in the skys again! Its a great aircraft, British Airways has a Concorde.

Combination of old design, economics, the Paris crash, post 9-11 travel slump and environmental impact of supersonic flight.

Shebs nailed it. They were very expensive to operate, old technology, not worth it.
