Restaurants in New Orleans?

I am graduating from Tulane in May in I want to go somewhere awesome after the ceremony with my family. I don't want anything too stuffy and I want to go somewhere memorable. Any Ideas?

    Jacques-Imo's Cafe on Oak St. - Fun, funky and very New Orleans

    Tujague's - Decatur (more formal & traditional, but very old New Orleans)

    Muriel's - Chartres St. (not as "stuffy" but a nice place for a special occasion. Good atmosphere. Kind of in the middle of the other 2 places.)
