Hey, did anybody vote for Obama because they thought he was a Muslim?
Or were the only people spreading that rumour the ones who think that "Muslim" is right up there with "atheist" or "child molester" or "Jeff Gordon supporter"?

There were a few people who believed that since he wrote in one of his books that he got in trouble in Koran study class that he was a Muslim. They were also concerned bc his step dad was muslim and I think his dad was. But I doubt many voted for him bc of that connection. They liked the socialism

No I voted for him because I agree with what he believes in. Leave religion out of politics.

No, I voted for him because I wanted too. Btw if he was a muslim he would be jewish duh. Get a life, because McCain lost, and if you think obama won't be a good president. Run for president yourself, and we can be the judge of that, and see how many people WON'T vote for you.

I don't see why Muslim is considered better than atheist, let people have their own beliefs.

Of course not. Many did vote Against him for their belief that he was a Muslim, though.
