I think it would be a good idea. I am sometimes tempted to troll, in the face of ridiculous petty questions and obnoxious answers, though I have resisted so far (mostly).

How often do you come here looking for an interesting distraction, only to be confronted with, "Do I look pretty?" or "Isn't religion (or non-religion) stupid?", or the ever popular "Can you answer my homework questions for me?"

It would be good for users to have a specific area where they can get the urge out of their system.
