Once my wife's had hers and I'm 'finishing up', my favorite position is her lying flat on her belly, legs together. If her legs are apart I can't put my knees where they need to go. Very effective for me.

I think you have them mixed up or your wording it wrong! Doggie style is when you are taken from behind in the vagina now rear entry is your second whole. I personally have not tried it but am assuming it hurts really really bad. perhaps you shouldn't do until your learn more about it!!
