what is great clips salon?

great clips isn't a bad place to get a hair cut, i work for one it is however a bad place to work. they want you to provide 13 to 18 min hair cuts, on a mans cut so be it ,but with ladies it is a longer process. for the worker's mostly women, wages are either minimum wage or 2 dollars more. the salon im at also requires 3 sunday's before you get a sunday off, that's sat, and sun. when i was hired it was every other sunday, so that is probably why the stylist have less than steller attitude's. i have been in the hair biz for a long time and it's hard to make it on your own with out a husband and with your children so that is why stylist work in these place's. for alittle paycheck and security,p.s and to be woorked like a dog.

Great Clips is a salon where they usually only give haircuts, no color services or waxing. They tend to have a bad rep for not having the greatest customer service or stylists!

Personally as a stylist.. i would hope that people would choose to go to a little bit of a higher class salon.. not great clips..
