What are some good products or methods to exfoliate skin?

I use exfoliating gloves. You can get them easily at supermarkets/chemists etc. I use them to put shower gel on and they are brilliant, but not every time I'm in the shower or I would end up with no skin left! And then I make sure I moisturise well afterwards.

Apricot Scrub... use every 2 or 3 days. I also use to exfoliate my legs before shaving. not too harsh, smells good and you can't beat the price. Found at local grocery stores, target, walmart etc.

a loofah -cheap & convenient! soak in a warm shower, exfoliate gently, and moisturize well.
