Oxycodone is a little bit stronger than hydrocodone. 30mgs of oxycodone and 30mgs of hydrocodone will not give you the same effect. The oxy will be a little bit stronger. I'd say that 2.5 Percocets are equal to 30mgs of hydrocodone.

Too much for anyone under the age of 40 to take regularly. If you do not have a regular pain management doctor to ask, you probably should not be rotting your bones that way. Opiates will cause calcium loss along with the killer weeks long constipation and can cause you to loose depth perception and you can't use heavy machinery. And your math skills will suffer. 3 times 10 = 30; 4 times 7.5 = 30

I suggest taking laxatives along with percocet, as a side effect of it is constipation.
Source(s): Docs gave me percocet after I was released from the hospital with two moderate-to-severely broken arms. Was constipated for a week :(
