just go with a clean pair that is a light color and you will be fine. Something in the beige tan or white family is usually perfect.

There is really no restriction on what you can't wear. I wouldn't wear like a green or navy but thats just me. Lighter colors look more professional. The brand doesn't matter. I try to reserve a pair just for shows so that they don't get messy or stained and when i'm at the show i wear pj pants over them so that they don't accidentally get all dirty.

Good luck and have fun. schooling shows are awesome.

Just do plain (clean!) tan breeches. Make sure they are VERY clean (keep a pair especially for showing, don't wear them anywhere else)

I wouldn't wear other colored ones just because some judges can be picky and you don't want to be marked down for something you can prevent. Usually schooling shows it doesn't matter, BUT I always dress like I would at a bigger show.

the biggest component at a teach is to -breath-. enable pass all the anxiety. Equitation- Judged on how solid you are able to stroll, trot, canter, Over Fences: Judged on how solid you finished a direction. by using ways, a fence is a disadvantage to leap. below saddle, all the riders are judged togther, sorta like a crew. Judges are honest, i wouldnt say advise. they don't in many situations communicate, they only watch you and your horse and write stuff. only imagine "all of us comprehend this stuff, teach or no longer. we are going to do effective" and that i guarentee youll do effective. As for the dressing - a gloomy coat, white button-down precise, and beige breeches artwork best. best of success!! -Sarah C

Not really. That's why they are "Schooling Shows"......... Not recognized. Just try to look nice, but there really isn't any attire requirement as long as colors and such.

Look in the USEF rule book under your discipline. It's all online and it's free. www.USEF.org

Tan breeches are a good, safe pick. In a schooling show your apparel isn't too much of a big deal but just don't wear pink, or purple ones, or jeans. Good luck hope you do well!

Also: I don't advise you wear white breeches because they obviously will get dirty easily!
