Which financial firm insures the pensions of Congress?

I have heard that Congress was quick to "bailout" AIG because they handle the Congressional pensions. They threw several other financial firms "under the bus". This mornings paper is talking about more help for AIG.

    No bank needed they will just raise taxes again. They got the money, who they going to pay first, you got it themselves
