competing with coworkers--women for they are constantly cutting each other down behind the others back. Guys just see and move one----like when a guy is obvious better looking or better at the same job, guys accept it an move on while women compete for attention from the few guys that enter the office.

About their looks--women fuss more so they can look better than their coworkers and not for the men out there.

And issues of self-esteem-"am I to fat or too skinny" and other issue that only women know of (sexual in nature not being a prude or an easy one) and we as guys (even if we do not say a thing about it) is the odors women emit sometimes these are overwhelming but I would say women go through on a normal basis. .
