Congrats ManU fans for the draw?
It was an entertaining game. ManU were the better team in the first half, Inter's defence was absolutely horrible, I'm not sure how ManU didn't score but they controlled the game.
Second half was a completely different game, Inter came out firing on all cylinders and dominated the game.
I do have to say the referees were bad (against both teams) Rooney's yellow card was not deserved, neither was Maicon's yellow card, and they blatantly missed an Evra handball in the penalty box.

Yeah, as nil-nils go this was a good one but can't help feel we left a goal in Milan tonight, hope we don't regret it. Ref had a poor game alright.

Thanks.I thought Inter had a few good chances, especially during the first 15-20 minutes of the 2nd half.Frankly speaking,United should have put the game beyond doubt after the first half, but Julio Cesar was absolutely brilliant. Now I'm hoping we go up against an idiot hothead like Toldo in the second leg.
Ref didn't have a good game, but honestly he didn't do a horrible job, just a couple of bad decisions.

Cheers freshy. I agree that Maicon and Rooney's cards were both bullocks !! Should be a good 2nd leg. I think overall United were a better . Inter picked up well in the second 45 but still failed to shut United out and close off shooting opportunities and counter attacks.

I disagree in saying you completely dominated the second half. ManU had its bunch of really good chances whereas in the first Inter was totally invisible. I agree on your refereeing perspective.

Yes well said, a lot of bad decisions but that's what refs in Europe are like. Although i would say you didn't completely dominate the second half, but you did scare us a few times and would've scored if you took the chances but we missed loads too.
I look forward to the return leg:)

Oh dear, Inter are out. How surprising. Nobody saw that coming. And oh look, at least three English teams in the quarter finals. That's a shocker.

Thanks, I am looking forward to the second leg, but I am nervous at the same time, as MU need to win to progress, but we have home advantage.
Oh and I agree with Marco, you played better in the second half, but you didn't exactly dominate

I agree with you.. and same goes for Cantallejo, terrible referee-ing, he was stopping the game whenever he could.. why dont they get it that they should let the game go oooonnnn

Yep.
But Mourinho made substitutions at the right time. Unlike this other coach I know of.
