Whats the best way to lose weight after having a baby?

I had a baby 6months ago and i feel ready to start my exercise to lose the weight. ive not got much extra baby fat but i want to get rid to make the stretchmarks less noticeable. I bought a yoga dvd with yoga mat etc, also an exercise bike and a stepper.. but i dont know which to start first to get me going as i dont want to start then feel too unhealthy to continue. i dont want to go to any gyms or dance classes just yet as i dont feel confident.

so what do you think i should start with; Yoga, Bike, Stepper? or any other household things besides cleaning and SEX to get me fitter gradually.

    I wouldn't suggest buying a stationary bike, stepper or a treadmill, because they cost a lot of money, and you don't have to spend the extra money. Just go outside for a jog, climb stairs (my favorite exercise, since it's still cold outside).

    I'd suggest only buying a machine only if you have to
