help with: nerve impulses?

1. certain voltage-gated sodium channels will open when there is a slight positive charge inside the cell. which way will the sodium move? what do u think will happen to the charge of the inside of the cell and the outside of the cell when these sodium channels are open (more negative or more positive)?

2. certain voltage-gated potassium channels will open after the voltage-gated sodium channels close. which way will the potassium move? what do u think will happen to the charge of the inside of the cell and the outside of the cell when these potassium channels are open (more negative or more positive)?

    1. na moves inside. inside is postive, outside is negative

    2. k moives outside. inside is negative, outside is positive
