Did the Beatles write Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da?

I was wondering did the Beatles write the song Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da or did they cover the song from someone else

Yes, and to comment on Ed J's answer, they most certainly did not write all their music. They have loads of American R&B covers. Ever heard of "Twist and Shout"?

    Paul McCartney wrote the song

    Paul wrote it :)

I love this song :) They say its one of the first songs in rock n roll that mentions a cross dresser. This was done unintentionally though when they accidentally switched around part of the lyrics. They were so tired of being in the studio that they just left it there haha :)

    Love Light and Peace :)

They wrote it. Probably just John Lennon and/ or Paul McCartney, though.

They definitely wrote it. I think they wrote all their music.
