You say "Sei bono" (to a guy) or "sei bona (to a girl).

It's slang meaning "you are hot". Hot in italian is "caldo", but that's only for temperature. Hot for women or guys is "bona/bono"

and also the word Egli for 'he' is only used in writing. Egli is NEVER used in spoken italian, where you would use Lui instead.
