How do you get rid of left over taste from a container?

I have a plastic pitcher and now that I have iced tea in there I can still taste the homemade stock that was in there before. I washed it twice but I can still taste it. Any suggestions and how to get rid it?

Fill pitcher full w/ Hot H20

    add 1=tsp. Bleach

let it soak over nite is good.

Rinse it out by Flushing it out w/ running H20

    Fill Pitcher once again full

but Add 1=Tbl. White Vinger Soaking approx.1-3hrs.

Pending smell test prior to 2nd H20 Filling (bleach smell)

    Sun Dry is Best .

But Really if its a Dollar Store Pitcher, Just Recycle it for Outdoor uses or something.

This is what I do when there's a stain or smell in plastic containers. Good Luck!!!!!!

I use the cheapest beer in the world to neutralize odors and flavors stuck in some of the containers I store cooked foods in. (some metals especially) Pewter can never be washed with soaps because the metal holds the smell and the taste, the manufacturers say to use beer as it is what takes out those flavors and odors as well.

Squeeze some lemon juice in it and wipe it around. Let it sit a few minutes and wipe it around again then wash. Taste is all gone.

what i do is i offered an extra hanger rack from IKEA, great things on the grounds which you dont desire each and all of the iciness outfits on your closet in summer season and vice versa, for this reason, you could positioned that extra advantageous outfits rack in yet another spare room (assuming you have one), and leave the garments for the season now. this stops them being crunhed up in a container someplace. yet another sturdy concept is area saver bags, they're vacum sealed bags that suck each and all of the air out, so which you employ much less area, those are spectacular area savers. with shoes, there are those incredibly great boxes you're able to desire to purchase, i think of its pinklilly the style, they're on the internet, so in simple terms google purple lilly and ull understand what i recommend (actually i did it for you, its the assumption in the middle). they're uncomplicated to open and save lots of area, and seem neat stacked. in case you dont have a great style of money, maybe shop the shoe boxes, so which you would be able to stack upways and not difficulty approximately leaving all of them around the floor. my chum has a blanket container she makes use of for her stuff, its on the top of the mattress and its like a trunk, she places her shoes and bags etc in that, so it supplies extra area in the closet. sturdy success.

Have you tried bleach?? According to clorox.com you can mix 1 table spoon of bleach to 1 gallon of water, soak the pre-washed dish in it for 2 minute and then re-wash and rinse.
