Can you dillute Fog Juice with water?

For my Rock Band fog machine.

    you can, but i wouldn't recommend it. many fog solutions have a weak oil base. Heres the thing.

    If you dilute it 1, the fog will be thinner or no fog will come out at all, secondly if you use anything except distilled water you will develop mineral deposits on the fog machine's internal components. This will lead to a burning smoke smell...
