I saw a good answer and wanted to give a thumb-up but I went too fast and ticked the wrong one. How to change?

It was a good answer. I felt so bad for my mistake!

Update:

Many, many thanks for the answers!

@Dad: I sent out an apology right after I found the mistake I made. I also got the reply.

But I still feel "horrible". Is there a way to suggest Y!A developers to make it possible for us to change the thumb-up/down?

I do understand the inconvenience, Kanda.

I once found myself in your shoes, too, when I accidentally thumbed down an answer that I fell in love with. And even worse, I could not reverse my thumb. What I did, though, was went to the answerer's profile and emailed her an apology for my error. Not only was she happy to hear from me, she also added me as contact, and we both exchange emails every now and then.

Like others have mentioned above, you can't re-do a thumb, but I would suggest you to send an apology. You might find how loving and understanding some of these members are on Yahoo! Answers.

Take care, and sorry about the inconvenience.

    UPDATE:

Thanks for the additional details, Kanda.

Of course you may leave your valuable suggestion at the suggestion forum via the link below:

However, though, this suggestion as been suggested many times and the Staff were not in favor of it. You can still siuggest your suggestion, nevertheless.
