Blue curacao is really nothing more then a blue colored Orange liqueur. So a substitute could be Triple Sec. Cointreau, Drambuie, are Grand Marnier.

I would suggest you get one of the syrups that coffee houses use to flavor lattes. They make an oragne one and you just may have to add blue food coloring to their drink. I think that would be your best, and most inexpensive option. You should be able to get it an any grocery store, or coffee shop.

no,i think that blue maui is coconut flavored, your best bet would be to use blue food coloring and triple sec, but that is more of a hassle than just using blue curacao.

If you are willing to try something new, then instead of blue curacao try green mint in your cocktail.
