I want a small tattoo, will it hurt?

If I'm honest, yes, I found it hurt a lot. The belly piercing was about 3 out of 10 on the pain scale, the tattoo was about 8.5

The wrist is said to be painfull. Also Its not a pain like an injection its more a pain like someone is scratching your skin. I know some people who enjoy the pain and it doesnt bother them in the slightest.

It will hurt. considering its about 5 tiny needles probing roughly 4mm into your skin at lightning speed. the sensation is like a burning feeling

however the placing you have chosen is a considerably easy area.

Youll be fine, everyone who has tattoos no matter how many will say it scares them. I have 5 and i do other and i still crap myself, but i cant b that bad since they always come back for more.

just go for it, find a tattooist who appeals to you and explain that youre very afraid, they will adjust their style to you.

Yes, but it depends on the person how bad it hurts, and it's over pretty quickly..especially with small tattoos.

The one on the top of my wrist barely hurt at all.

If you want it enough, it's worth it.

They do hurt but only while they are being done.

It also depends on your pain threshold how much it will hurt.ive got one on my wrist and it only took a couple of minutes.

Everyones pain tolerance is different. So there's really no way to answer that. What hurts for some may not hurt for you, or vice versa.. GOOD LUCK!

My tummy tattoo was less painful than my belly button piercing, which also bled a lot more.

i got a tattoo on the lower part of my body next to umm.. my front but it didn't really hurt just tickled then went numb.... but im so scared of needles

Nah you'll be fine!! People make it out to be really sore but its not! You feel it, dont get me wrong. But its totally bearable :)

I have one on my right wrist and am going back to get one on my left - that says it all eh, cant be that bad :P
