Atheists, what are good and evil to you?
If they mean something to you, does it worth to be a good man when there is no heaven? or is it just that there is no hell for evil men?
regardless of the good or bad reputaion that man will leave after he gets burried.

Its worth being a good man just because of the effect you have on others. No more is needed.

"Good" is anything that reduces pain, suffering and misery, and "Evil" is anything that increases it. When a human being does something that he knows will hurt someone else, that is an evil act. Banning Gay marriage is evil because it causes pain to gays, for instance. Most Theists, on the other hand, see obeying their God as "Good" (no matter how many people they hurt in the process) and disobeying Him as "Evil" (again, without regard to whether people are harmed or helped).

It's worth to be a good man. Period.
What does heaven and hell have to do with your personality?
Do you perform good deeds only to get a reward later? That's kind of petty.

I believe in being good for the simple fact that we should. A promise of heaven or hell are unnecessary and irrelevant.

Two four-letter words.
If you are good only because your god or holy book so commands or you want that reward of heaven, you are far from moral.
Many (not all!) people choose Christianity for the reward of salvation or to avoid the punishment of hell. That's known as Pascal's wager. I don't consider these folks Christian or religious at all. To me, a true Christian would accept Christ without regard to salvation, would not crow about being saved, would not condemn others, and would even take that John 3:16 oath of allegiance knowing that their god might hypothetically grant them nothing in return.
As Christians like to remind Jews, mitzvahs don't get you into heaven. They don't understand that Jews perform mitzvahs because it's the right thing to do, not because they are attempting to please their god.

Look, it's pretty damn simple, no "book" or guidence needed:
GOOD: HELPS THE WORLD, THE PEOPLE, EVERYTHING
EVIL: HURTS THE WORLD, THE PEOPLE, EVERYTHING
You know what is good and evil, and you know why. What more do you need? Does it make sense just to be good because SKY DADDY is watching?
