Will George W. Bush leave the U.S. for travel, speeches, etc?

Why, or why not?

Update:

I don't think he will ever leave the U.S. He may be arrested and taken to The Hague for trial as a war criminal or for crimes against humanity. I'm serious. The same goes for Dick Cheney.

    I am sure he will go anywhere the money is. Plus, he will prob continue doing a lot for Africa since that is his pet project.
