Good Modern Rock Bands?

List any good modern rock bands. By good, I mean music that probably isn't covered in the media, which it seems to be the opposite when it is.

Well, I guess it depends on what you mean by modern. All these bands are pretty recent, but some of them are no longer together. Regardless, they're all really good and rather unknown.

No, but Pearl Jam does sound like a Platypus slowly drowning in a sea of melted crisco. They suck B@lls dude, You can do way better than that. If You want 90's try Alice In Chains, they were the best, nvm what these poor Nirvana & Squirrel Jam fans think. If You want the 2000s try Wolfmother or Airbourne.

My favorite modern rock band is Blacklist Union. They kinda sound like a club rock band like Buckcherry mixed with 80s hard rock.

Anoher good one is Catherine Wheel, but they're not as modern (1990-2000). They're a shoegaze band. The lead singer (Rob Dickinson) has a new solo album out that has more of an indie style.
