losing weight will make push ups easier, actually any other form of physical activity willl make he stronger, swimming, walking, jogging

Do 5 pushups a night then move up to ten,15,20,25 Etc,

squats and crunches. building up your thigh muscles and tummy muscles will make it easier to stay straight and weight lifting will help build your arm muscles which will help you hold your body weight,
