Birdcage veil or traditional?
Has anyone worn a birdcage veil at thier wedding? I am just trying to decide between that and a regular veil. Did you like it?

I love bird cage veils - but I think they have a specific time and place and feel.
If you are getting married in a big church with a big dress, it may look silly.
However, a smaller wedding, outdoors, or a gown with simple lines go with a bird cage beautifully.

The gown that i offered for my wedding ceremony became into additionally pictured with a birdcage veil, regardless of if while attempting on different kinds, found out that a classic mid-length veil became into extra appropriate. I propose to pass attempt on numerous categories of veils with the gown and spot which one you sense the main comfortable/extraordinary in! i'm specific the two selection would be captivating! Have a large wedding ceremony!!

It takes the right dress, personality, and beauty to wear a birdcage, as well as just the right hair. I'd go for the traditional.

I think that veil is really pretty, but can you post a picture of the other choice?
I like this if the bride is wearing an up-do, but if not then it doesn't look good.

Depends on your dress.
PS
I have a fifties inspired, tea-length dress and am going birdcage with it.

Think about 20 years from now, when you look at your wedding photos. If you think you'll still like the birdcage (which is a little hit or miss on trends IMO), go for it. If not, go traditional.

I don't disagree with the first answer, even though I definitely see the appeal of a birdcage veil! I think they are classy and unique. STILL you may look back on your pics and think that you looked, well, trapped..

I'm not a great fan of them for myself, but some people can pull it off great! I say try one on in a bridal store, and if you feel great in it, then go for it.

That's definately not my type of veil.
It makes the bride look trapped.
