The name from which it is derived in Hebrew: Yakov = יעקב

The letter J in Hebrew does not exist. The only way to write the name "Jake" is: ג'ייק .

Jake is not a Hebrew name.

    It is Ya`aqov, written יעקב

If you insist, Jake would transliterate to ג'ייק
