math and liquor question?

I'm looking at buying alcohol online, My question is, If a bottle is .04 liters, .2 liters, or .5 liters, How many ML is it? Im trying to figure out how many bottles, in size I will need for my st patty's day party...

    Just multiply the decimal times 1000 (move the decimal 3 places to the right).

    How can someone not know this? A liter is a thousand milliliters. It's in the *******name. 04L = 40mL. .2L = 200mL. .5L = 500mL.
