Try Bert Kinister's web site for some good learning DVDs...order the 60 minute workout and the advanced 60 minute workout...perfect the drills and your game will really improve your game...many other good tapes....interesting tape on banking and deflection....check it out!

There's a guy on YouTube that's pretty good. He puts out his videos under the name Forcefollow.
