Can I still fix my dislocated shoulder when it was dislocated for 2 years?

yes it can be fixed,,,
1. even if itdoesnt hurt it should be fixed because it can cause long term health problems
2. at this point your muscles and ligaments have molded to that position which means they will probably not stay in place when they try and pop it back in2 place which means you will most likly need surgury to fix it
3.you should consult your doctor and im assuming you know for a fact that it has been dislocated because it may feel like that but if you have not consulted your doctor to make sure thats whats actually going on you should to make sure its not somthing else.

i've got been given harm 3 years a flow and nonetheless very sore i didnt have surgical treatment yet while i take advantage of or do a great number of shifting lifting and so on it gets very sroe and maintains to be sore for day i dont be attentive to how if it relatively is going to ever heal up
