Prom costs question for school project?

I'm doing a cultural project about shopping for the prom with my Korean students. I am wondering what the costs for many prom items are nowadays. My prom was 20 years ago. These are the things I'm looking for average costs on:

Dress (no tux, I only have female students)

Shoes

Earrings

Necklace

Bracelet

Nails

Hair

Boutonniere

Limo

Prom tickets

Dinner

Prom photos

After party

Am I forgetting anything?

All this stuff really depends on how much the person has to spend! But I'll try my best...

Dress: Can be anywhere from 60 - 500. The average is probably 200 or so.

    Shoes: 20-60

    Earrings: 6-18

    Necklace: 8 - 25

    Bracelet: 8- 25

    Nails: 12-15

    Hair: 25 - 50

    Boutonneire: Not Sure

Limo: Definitely didn't have money for that for my prom, so I don't know =)

    Prom tickets - 45 a piece

Dinner - For two at a decently priced restaurant, probably around 35 + tip

    Prom Photos - The packages ranged from I believe 65 - 130

After party - That depends too. Is it at a hotel? Then you'll have to pay for the room obviously. And then probably whatever liquor you want!

    I hope this helps!

This is perfect seeing as I just created my budget for my prom this year! Haha.

Dress: The one i'm looking at is around $168. However, with shipping it'll probably be around $180 because i'm getting it online. Girls can spend as much as $400 on a dress though. It really depends on where they get it and the designer.

Shoes: Fortunately, I plan on using a pair of shoes I already own. Typically, girls spend around $20-$30. They can spend more but typically the shoes are not as important unless you're wearing a short dress.

    Jewlery: At most $40

Nails: $20 for a full set, if they just need a fill for their acrylic nails or just their natural nails painted around $13

Hair: Anywhere from $30-$60. Again, depends on the salon.

Boutonniere: $12 for a rose with babys breath.

Limo: Depending if it's a limo or party bus and the amount of people going it can be anywhere from $30 to $50 if it's a decently large group of people.

Dinner: Is often times included in the prom ticket price because the dinner is served at the location. Otherwise, probably around $30-$40 for a more up-scale restaraunt.

    Prom Tickets: $100

Prom Photos: $25 for two 5x7's, two 4x8's (or whatever the standard picture size is, i'm not sure) and four wallets.

After party: Most of the time free, unless they're drinking (which I wouldn't advise for your students, haha).

Keep in mind too, I go to a wealthy public school in Minnesota. Our dance tickets are much more expensive because we eat dinner at the location and girls tend to spend more on their dresses because their parents have the money.

nicely you're able to probable communicate to him approximately that. If no longer formerly you pass, ask him to bop and tell him. I went as a sophomore and out promenade became into kinda uninteresting. all and sundry is going to pre-promenade, then promenade, eats, takes pictures and dances until they announce promenade king and queen, then depart =] i do no longer think of it's going to be very diverse, might a sprint greater based, yet you would be effective =]
