They are staying ahead of the curve. Right now it is a toss-up between China or Mexico as to which one is going to control/own America.

Personally, it is against my moral values to EVER shop at a Wal-mart, anywhere, anytime. Since this is America, they should be allowed to open a store oriented how they want. I am sure they have "screwed" the governments of these cities on tax deferments as they have everywhere else they have opened a store in the last decade. Sam Walton is turning over in his grave at the way his heirs have ruined his name and legacy.

Walmart already has stores in Mexico so why not have Hispanic-oriented stores in the USA. Cripes...all the stores where I live have English and Spanish signs and goods.

most of their **** is made by mexicans//foreigners anyway. at least supermercados are supporting the people that wal-mart abuses for cheap labor.

I think that they will make a lot of money for sure, at least here in Phoenix.

I would fault Wal Mart for many things, but opening up stores targeted at certain customers because they think it would be profitable isn't one of them.

well if i was immigration dept . i would set up a sting and catch the illegals . Just like it was a fake drug dealer offering drugs to suck in the buyers.. theses stores will bring them to a point where they can be known. Sounds like a good way to round them up you ask me ..

Might as well, I used to live in Phoenix and there's areas there where absolutely "no one" speaks English.
Walmart would be missing an opportunity by not appealing to them.
