Why are my answers sometimes cut short on Yahoo Answers?
This happens quite frequently, even tho most of my answers are quite short.
I know I can edit them further, even after they are posted, but of course I cannot always remember what I wrote the first time. Does this happen to anyone else?

That happened to me once when I put up a series of words separated only by slashes. The system read that as one very long word.
If you put in a word that is too long, it will get truncated, as if it were a URL.

It is usually cut short because it only gives you a certain amount of space to ask a question.... that's probably one reason why. The next reason is probably because Yahoo! Answers might have some technical diffuculties and it's running bad. That's all I got.

It`s true, YA is the ultimate B O L L O C K S! You either get your problem, or the YA 'team' decide you are in violation of whatever they can dream up!

if you type too long words, then it gets cut off. it will happen like this:
[1+2][1+3]....
