ticklish is all about being surprised.
maybe the feeling just doesn't surprise you anymore.

it is because your body got accustomed to that place being irritated, and now it has become accustomed to the irritation and has become stronger in the sensation that used to tickle you.
its like how, lets say your leg, used to get hurt easily, but if you kept hurting it over and over, it would get tougher there so it wasnt so easily hurt.
i had that happen too!

You're body's changeing also you may have HATED / LOVED let's say mushrooms at 11, now you're 80% likely to love / hate them

same here, i was ticklish now i'm not, but that's just how it is, maybe you got over it and you don't feel it anymore (sometimes when you get older you get over things)

because when someone tickles you now it is considered child abuse. plus puberty could also be the problem
