Every door but the driver's door on my 1999 buick century won't unlock. Help?
The doors, except for the driver's side, won't unlock when i hit the unlock button on the inside or when i hit unlock on my remote. I tried resynchronizing the remote, i hit the button twice, and everything it said in the manual.
any way to fix that?

Sounds like possibly the door lock actuators in the other doors have gone bad.

Get some good rust remover and lubricating spray , remove each of the door panels , gain access to the locking system and spray them soak them good , let it settle several hrs , preferably over night and keep trying the locks manually and spraying the whole system and more then likely that will fix this problem.
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way there is a spray now out that the jet engine mechanics use to free up rusted etc bolts that you can buy at the auto parts stores.

The most likely cause is a broken wire in the driver's door wiring harness pass through (that rubber accordion looking boot in the doorjamb) not passing the unlock signal to the other doors. Do the other doors lock after you manually unlock them? If so, there is nothing seized and it is definitely electrical.
