Help with a black eye?

Playing with family German Shepherd resulted in me sporting a black eye. I work with the public and am embarrassed. I know people "assume" my husband has hit me. Does anyone know of a way to speed-up the bruising process ?? Make-up worked pretty good today but the bruising seems to have worsened as the day went on. Maybe there is something out there I could be using to help lessen the swelling and stop or speed-up the bruising.

Any help would really be appreciated.
