This happened to me long time ago.
You need to get up-to-date drivers for your graphics card.

reboot PC

you could have a virus thats doing that or maybe your monitor settings have been changed. Try going into your monitor settings and make sure everything is normal there. Most monitors have the buttons on the front of them to access the settings.
