All Human Beings are entitled to Human rights by law. However, they should not be abused by using it (Human rights law) to shelter the Inhuman from facing the consequences of their evil deeds. Alot of criminals are getting away from their severe punishments with the "help" of the Human Rights law. Its so sad.

I think that we have to define "inhuman criminals" first. Many people are considered murderers for a death that occurs in the course of protecting their own homes or families. It all depends also on who is calling the person a murderer. I think that if we take away the human rights of anyone, we put ourselves in their catagorie. I believe in punishment that is due and correct. If we treat offenders "inhumanly" then what are we proving - how are we different. I want my children and grandchildren to know that I am a good, law abiding citizen, who believes in the truths and laws that the good soldiers of this country fight for everyday. Many of our best young people [and old] die to ensure human rights for all. Who am I to take that away. Do I get angry - absolutely - but I won't make THEM right by becoming THEM! ElaineM

We are a nation of laws, therefore, of course they are entitled to human rights and civil rights granted by the Constitution. And, btw, you might be surprised at the humanity in many murderers.

In a perfect world? No. In our imperfect world yes- I would be more worried about taking the rights away from people WRONGLY accused of murder, or any crime for that matter.

No because the murderer took away a human right to life. Theirs should be taken also. Eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth, I say.

That is what makes it hard if you are Christian as we operate by a higher law that demands forgiveness as well as justice.

Many inmates on death row have been wrongly convicted, evidenced by new DNA technology that proves their innocence.

Its not what I think, its what the U.S. constitution demands, if they are an American citizen, you can not strip them of their rights no matter what they do, and they are innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.
