Shouldnt Josef Fritzl be given capital punishement for the horrific and monsterous crimes he has committed.?

Capital punishment is not available in Austria. He got the maximum allowable under the law.

From a spiritual and moral perspective, yes.

From a political perspective, we have a criminal justice system in place to ensure that the appropriate punishment fits the crime but that mob rule doesn't abound. What the man did was awful, but he ought to have the same due process rights as anyone else who goes through the system. Almighty God already has a punishment in store for him.

Won't happen in Austria.

I do think they should put him in prison for the rest of his life, no parole and no mental institution. The judge on the case has that in his power.

Maybe someone should chain him to a bed in a dungeon and rape him every day for the rest of his life. Karma's a "female dog".

No doubt he's mentally ill; and no doubt he knows right from wrong.

Slap him in the chair and fry his ***. He deserves no less.
