How doyou stop cheese from moulding in the fridge?
I don't eat it often but after a while It gets mouldy. I wrap it tightly in plastic wrap then place it in a ziploc bag, squeeze the air out but when I go to use it (after about a week or so) there is mould on it.

I worked in a deli for many years. It is normal for cheeses to get mold. All you have to do is cut off the mold and the cheese is fine. You might try freezing leftover cheese but this may change the texture

Cheese is one of those things that gets moldy quickly - buy smaller quanitites or eat it more often. Mold plays a big part in the processing of cheeses, so it's only natural that it would want to return to its natural state. It's not appetizing, but it won't kill you - cut the moldy portion off.
