Take the kittens to the vet. It's impossible to tell without looking at them.
Make sure they are all up to date with worming, including the Mother. Almost all kittens are born with roundworms, regardless if the mum has them or not. (she carries the larvae in her tissues even if not infected)
Make sure your buy the worming from your vet so you can ensure your covering for the correct worms. (don't buy cheap crappy supermarket wormers)
Hope the kittens ok, please do the right thing and get the mother de-sexed. There are already so many kittens being euthanazed every year because there are not enough homes.
