You may have to buy the hoodie (1st school color) and then go to an art supply store like Michael's to purchase the letters (2nd school color) to have a dry cleaner put them on for you. Either that or Iron-ons.
What I mean by the 1st and 2nd school colors is: if your school colors are black and gold (you can purchase a black hoodie and gold letters to have placed on the hoodie).
I'm surprised they don't sell them at your school. Do any of the cheerleaders or athletes wear them? If so, ask them where they purchased theirs. If not, then perhaps consider what I suggested above.

at my school they sell them at the school store and sporting events.
