Do feminist like Christina Hoff Sommers?

Do feminist like Christina Hoff Sommers's work? I hear she is somewhat controversial in the feminist movement. I think she is great, and tells it like it is. What do "TRUE" well read feminist think of her? Or if your well read in general. And if you don't like her....then why? Thanks!

I am extremely opposed to contemporary Feminism and I'm a huge fan of Dr. Sommers. She really lost a lot of friends in the Feminist community in the nineties when she published Who Stole Feminism? I have a profound adoration of this brilliant philosopher because she uses her PhD in Philosophy to really dissect modern Feminism logically and really calls things the way she sees them.

She is quick to point out that contemporary Feminism is highly influenced by hatred of men and boys and she doesn't like this notion that modern Feminists attempt to proliferate wherein there is no significant difference between males and females. I strongly agree with just about everything she says, but most contemporary Feminists strongly disagree with her. I am hated by practically all modern Feminists because I have such a profound philosophic disagreement with them.

They feel that Dr. Sommers is "misrepresenting" Feminism and is "misguided."

Christina Hoff-Sommers is a wonderful human being. She defends the truth in an intellectually rigorous way against feminist liers.

I admit to not knowing much about her, but a quick cursory Google search kind of got me familiarized with her, and I think I'd probably like her work, even if I didn't agree with all of it.

I tend to prefer people who are controversial within their own movements- they often have the most provocative and truthful things to say.

I think she has the right idea about a lot of things, but she blames feminism for a lot more than it's actually done.
