OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer. The water pump will not put extra heat to the radiator. Most newer radiators have plastic tanks, top and bottom, making chrome (if available) that hokey plastic type of chrome. I look for cheap OEM which I can find on E-bay, usually about half price. Most stock radiators are 2-row; high performance is 3-row.

I've never heard of a radiator that only lasts a "few years"! And I've owned a lot of cars. You aren't using straight anti-freeze are you? Most radiators should last almost as long as the car unless damaged in some way. You might be able to find the original radiator for your car at a junkyard.

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer: in other words, whatever size came in your car from the factory.
Getting any "all chrome" radiator for under $300 is a stretch, depending on the make and engine size and power adders.
