i think he will . he has a massive fan base . and his fans are really loyal to him , compared to fans of other movie stars (eg. rajnikant , who contested in 2004 but lost) .

Not really,
It took only 3 months of time since the launching of his party, HE hardly had a chance of looking and justifying the contestants caliber, and their trustworthiness.
I think 3 months before the elections is the sufficient time to get into the politis.
As myself a Fan of Chiranjeevi I wish him a good luck, and work for his party.
